Success Kits

For those who are still in your first 12 weeks as a consultant, there are LOTS of fun incentives to be earned during this time! You can see an outline of all the incentives offered on the Write Your Own Success Story sheet. For example, when you sell just $750 net sales (retail sales - commission) in your first 12 weeks, you earn Success Kit 1. This is a kit full of more books, more business supplies, & other goodies! Here is a picture what what may come in Success Kit 1.

To earn Success Kit 2, you need $1500 net sales and 1 recruit during your first 12 weeks. When you achieve that, here is what will arrive at your door...

Notice all the new catalogs that come in Success Kit 2. Probably about the time you earn Success Kit 2, you are going to be running low on catalogs. Pretty awesome to get them for free!!!

Beyond Success Kit 2, you can earn $100 in product of your choice and even $100 in cash! AND, if you promote to Team Leader by the first of the month following your first 12 weeks, you receive $300 in FREE product of your choice, $200 in cash, AND become a member of the President's Club!

Weekly Highlights

This has been another exciting week for our team! Spring is a GREAT time to be selling books! :) Here are some highlights from this week...

• Melinda Thompson (Batesville, MS) booked a Cards for a Cause at a 750-student elementary school for April!

• Katie Meyerpeter (Chelsea, AL) scheduled 2 more preschool book fairs for this Spring and earned $100 in FREE product of her choice for selling $2500 net and signing 2 recruits during her incentive period!

• Jaime Laird (Birmingham, AL) is having her kick-off party this weekend!

• Aprille Flemmons (Somerville, AL) had her first library appointment this week and is having her kick-off party this weekend!

• Felicia Self (Winfield, AL) just finished a Cards for a Cause and is starting another one for a Relay for Life team!

• A lot of the North Alabama gals (Jessica Wood, Camilla Austin, Felicia Self, Brittany Brewton, and Maegan Cody) have had 2 weeks of elementary school book fairs they have been doing together!

• So far Julianne Carney, Tara Maple, Jessica Wood, Felicia Self, and I are all registered for convention...we hope you are going to join us!!! :)
  

Weekly Highlights

What an exciting week in our company! Our amazing CEO, Randall White, announced this week that Usborne will be pulling ALL their titles from Amazon and from any entities that resell to Amazon. This is HUGE for our sales force and is an amazing vote of confidence in us from Randall! Let's show him that this was the BEST decision for Usborne Books & More! The excitement continued yesterday when early bird registration to Usborne National Convention began! We already have 5 consultants from our team who have registered! I hope that many of you are going to join me, Julianne Carney, Tara Maple, Jessica Wood, and Felicia Self! Be sure to register this month to take advantage of the early bird rate. :)

AND, we also found out yesterday that those who didn't get the sales they needed in February are getting a second chance to earn the iPad! Here is what National Sales Manager, Heather Cobb, said in her email...

"In March, sell enough to reach Home Office Challenge 1 + enough to make up for what you missed in February and you are back in the running. You will still need to complete the sales in April and May as well."

She also said that those who did get their sales for February will get an "upgrade"...we will find out soon what that is! SO EXCITING!!!! It is not too late to earn the iPad! If you came up short in February, no worries...you can make up for that in March. :)
